General Policy
Refund eligibility depends on when cancellation occurs and whether work has started.
Strategy Sessions
Cancellations at least 48 hours before a session may receive a refund or one rescheduled appointment. Late cancellations, missed appointments, and completed sessions may be nonrefundable.
Deposits and Project Payments
Once work begins, deposits may become partially or fully nonrefundable. Completed work is nonrefundable.
Cancellation by Us
If we cancel a paid consultation before it occurs, you may choose a full refund or reschedule.
Processing Time
Approved refunds may take approximately 5–10 business days to post.
